It depends on the device compatibility, If the devices you have supports Linkio Fiber network then there won't be any charges of the devices.

All of Linkio Fiber plans are purely unlimited, there are no data caps like Airtel xtream fiber or Jio Giga Fiber.

Yes! Linkio Fiber have 6 months as well as yearly plans available.

Linkio Fiber accepts all the major payment mode, eg UPI, NEFT, Cash, Cheque, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Wallets Like Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, Mobikwik etc.

You will be provided multiple customer care numbers, all of the numbers will be picked by our technical representative, We do not use automated calls or IVRs or APP complaint registration, you can directly contact our technical team and they will register your complaint and fix the connectivity as soon as possible, or you can contact us on 8009471080.

Currently we do not provide landline or OTT services, When we will start these services in future we will inform our customers by sending sms.

You will get sms reminders from 3 days before the expiration date of your plan, you will get a payment link on that sms you can choose to pay on that, or you can got to broadband section of PhonePe, Paytm, Gpay etc apps and search for Linkio you can pay your bills from that, you can transfer directly to our company's bank account or you can UPI us, or you can call us for cash pickup.

We provide 60 days of no recharge period, means if a customer does not recharges within 60 days of plan expiry, his connection gets terminated, as we no longer maintain or service their connected fiber, customer can pay Rs. 500 activation charges to activate the connection. Linkio will not be liable to refund the security deposit after 60 days of last plan expiry.

If customer chooses to disconnect the service, They can call us we will send our representative to collect the devices and he will provide you a Cheque of the security amount, If customer wants the amount to sent directly to bank, we take 3-7 days to transfer the amount after receiving the devices, All the devices must be in working condition to get the security deposit.
